Once we become content in a higher state of Mindfulness, our Consciousness starts expanding, the Brain is in higher potential and our Love Consciousness starts expanding and we feel Deep JOY & HAPPINESS in loving other human beings and living creatures on the Earth. Our spiritual plane of heart too starts expanding at this stage. Slowly we could shift the focus of our Consciousness from Head to the Heart.
